Never hire Lindsey as your GAL. She just doesn’t cover any facts, only feelings. Even judge Robert’s said at my hearing that all she had was hearsay against me but judge Robert’s ordered, ‘because of an abundance of caution’ that she would rule with Lindsey. Let’s go through the facts that I was denied to bring as evidence in court to prove my innocence: first and foremost Lindsey made sure that I got onto an alcohol monitoring system that I completed for roughly 100 days with no negative results. After that failed I got told that I had a drug problem and within 12-14hrs I went to take a 12 panel drug test and they found no drugs in my system because I have never done drugs. Then I was voluntarily urinating in a cup after every weekend I had my children and they found no drugs or alcohol in my system. Then there were multiple calls to the KCPD and the Social Services to further disrupt my peace and everytime anyone came there was no reason to take my kids because I am a good father. Yet Lindsey decided to side with a woman that only had false accusations. The best part about this story is that there was never any wrong doing on my end. However, the worst part about this was I presented pictures to Lindsey about 3rd degree iron burns on one side of my sons hand and 2nd degree burns on the opposite side of his hand while in his mothers care. I have pictures and I would present them to anyone and Lindsey decided to brush this evidence under the carpet and give the mother a free pass. Coincidentally, after Lindsey had been to my house on multiple occasions and found it clean and fit she denied me of raising my child. On multiple occasions Lindsey saw my alcohol monitoring results and found them favorable and yet still denied me a proper relationship with my child. On multiple occasions Lindsey saw my voluntary urination exams and saw that I was clean yet still decided her direction. I have records for all of this if anyone wants to see and Lindsey does too. Here is the bad part, once you lose the children in your custody it is almost impossible to get them back and our system is designed to separate families and not unite them back together. I am not a perfect man but I am a good father and I have now been denied my rights to be a father even though I have an overwhelming amount of evidence to prove my innocence against the false accusations set before me. I feel it is a failure of the system to ignore real evidence and work only on feelings. This is what my sons hands looked like after the iron burn at his mothers house. Can someone explain how a young child, about 18mo old could possibly touch and iron on both sides on his hand simultaneously? There is no logical explanation because I have touched some hot things in life and ran away and didn’t come back for the 2nd feeling of it. These are the kinds of people that are “watching” over our children. This appears sick and twisted. The more I see these photos the sicker it makes me that a PERSON that should be watching out for a young child turns away and sides with the abuser. Absolutely disgusting. I actually laugh out loud every time I see the Rooney court of Justice. It’s just a joke. These people take your kids when every shred of evidence is pointing the other way. Clay County is not the evidence of Justice, it is a mockery of Justice. The craziest part about the whole episode with Lindsay is I lost my child with absolutely no wrong doing on my end. I went through the gauntlet of the worst GAL of all time and have evidence to support my right doing and Lindsay just doesn’t care about evidence. I don’t understand how she can sleep at night knowing the injustice she supports. I wish there was a way to leave a 0 star review but unfortunately google doesn’t allow it. If you want to get harassed as an innocent person and want your children to be burned with no repercussions for the other party, I would give Lindsay a 5 star review for that.
