My son was facing charges in JDR court this man was very busy yes but aren’t all lawyers when it comes to defending their clients. However he was the best thing smoking and no matter what others may say I would have to say the best court appointed attorney I have seen in a very long time. If you can’t be patient and wait on a return call I suggest you find someone else. But trust me when I say you will be giving up some of the best defense ever. Great job and know you are very appreciated.

Never returns calls, never in office. secretary when she does answer phones says he has no set schedule. Does not keep you informed on case. Do yourself a favor and hire a different lawyer if he is court appointed dismiss him and ask for someone else.

This is by far the best law firm around Virginia I was facing a lot of charges and time and Mr. Livingston got everything dropped on first day in court. This man spent his time while he was on vacation to look into my case he takes your time and life as his own. I saw over 15 lawyers before I decided on this law firm. Mr. Livingston is also the only lawyer who didn’t want me to talk at court all I had to do was show up and be nicely dressed he handled everything. Thank you Mr.livingston for giving me my life back.
