Directed her "client" the slumlord Mannheim's (Saturn Management) to file a fraudulent Unlawful Detainer based upon terms and conditions that weren't even agreed upon. She claims that a parking spot wasn't part of a lease, when the alleged rent reduction itself even is admittance it was our assigned spot, but the lease proves there was a parking spot. Baffling and now we can potentially get evicted or are on the chopping block due to her actions. She will be sued too for negligence.

The attorney Lisa F. Rosenthal (Lisa) is covering or /and protecting a FAKE POLICE OFFICER, Eric from 01/24/2026. Lisa sent me court documents via her process server (Eric) on 01/24/2026 8:57am. The server and my apartment manager knocked my door. When I opened my door, the server told me “I am a Police” and showed me his Police Badge from his right waist and threatening me. While he was lying and threatening me, the manager nodded with smile. I requested the server his police information before he left, but he just said his name was Eric. I sent emails and texts to get Eric’s police badge number to the attorney Lisa and the manager, several times from 01/24/2026, but Lisa sent me an email Eric was Lisa’s process server just yesterday, 03/16/2026. I have explained Eric and the manager’s wrong behavior to Lisa, but her email said “I respectfully disagree”. I believe the attorney Lisa F. Rosenthal, Eric and my apartment manager are wrong. The manager tried to come into my apartment without my permission but no Emmergency situation a few times from 2020. She also demanded extra money to me without any right reason. However, I didn’t give her any money; Contrary, I got back $250 I had given her. The document delivered me was wrong either. I’ve lived here 19 years. I am in shock and disbelief about how rude Lisa was. I started the call by telling her how another Mom had spoken very highly of her from a FB group I am in and referred me. I called to discuss a custody modification order as a new client and she spoke to me with such disrespect and disdain, even raising her voice. Who treats a potential new client like that. And to think I was going to pay this person $10k retainer. Also I have made sure to let everyone know in my FB group for moms her etiquette or lack there of. She just lost a lot of business, not just mine, but all of the women who’ve reached out to me in the group. Lisa kindness goes along way.
