I used them years ago to force a company to pay my contract as agreed. It was a long laborious process, but it finally worked, I got my money minus the legal fees, and in a situation where at least two other people hadn't been paid either, and neither ended up getting their money. I appreciated that whenever something could be done by a lower-cost staff member, it was. They knew I didn't have a lot of money to spend on legal fees and they kept it as low as possible, while finding creative ways to get me paid (for example, the owner of the company was held responsible for paying regardless of the ability of his company to pay).

I don't have much to compare the experience to, but as far as a I can tell they did a good job. I didn't have the problems with responsiveness listed in another review. They were always polite and informative.
