Lipton all the way!

We had a case that was gonna be very difficult regarding a cruise issue. Lipton took on the case and helped us with fighting the cruise line. We had zero issues dealing with Brandon Volk, our attorney and his lovely assistant Jackie Sshneider. I can say communication and explanations and guidance (from the both of them) were of a help at this stressful time. It felt like family as we called when ever needed and we always got a call or message back. If we didn't understand, we were talked to with respect.
