With the passing of my 91 year old mother last fall, I reached out to Linville Estate Law to get some help with probate. They quickly scheduled a free initial consult with one of the paralegals, Vanessa. During that conversation, I determined that the bank account I was concerned about already had me listed as a co-owner, and Vanessa confirmed that it would not have to go to probate. Fast forward a few months and after having dodged the probate bullet, my wife and I decided to explore setting up a Revocable Living Trust.

Since I'd had great service and experience with Vanessa, I reached out to Linville again. This time I had a free initial consult with a different paralegal, but the same great service that I had previously received.

We decided to explore deeper and scheduled an appointment to meet with one of the lawyers, Ryan. In prep for that meeting they sent us a questionnaire to provide details and goals of what we wanted to achieve. Ryan was fantastic! He was professional, well-prepared, sincere, and empathetic. We decided at that meeting to proceed with him in developing our Trust. After providing him with more information, he developed a draft and we met to discuss it. We requested some changes, which he readily made. We went back a couple more times via email regarding changes or additions we wanted.

Ryan and all the Linville associates were patient and professional with us. Once we had the final document and were completely satisfied with it, we went to their office and met with Vanessa to sign all the documents and have them notarized. We left that day with a notebook with everything indexed, tabbed, and easy to navigate.
