I had a great experience with Linville Estate. They explained everything in detail and answered my questions.

At our request, our financial planner provided us with two estate law firms he knows and trusts. I checked out both websites and Linville Estate Law made it easy to begin the process. Every encounter we had at the firm has been professional and courteous. My husband and I recommend Linville Estate Law without hesitation.

Double rip off! Not trustworthy. I got a quote for $6000 from these guys. Almost went with them. Even paid them to hold my place in line. They pressured for the whole payment in full upfront. But after friends and family told me it sounded like a rip off, I got a couple other quotes (the same day). The other firms were 1/2 the price of Linville. I called Linville back to ask for a refund (again the same day). Even though there was no work done, they said they would have to get approval. After following up, it took two weeks to get approval and they refunded. But when I got my credit card statement, I realized they kept $150 ! After several calls, they simply said they were charging $150 for the credit card fee (even though it was refunded). That was never disclosed upfront and never disclosed when they gave me the refund. I would have absolutely paid cash or check upfront if I had known that. The whole situation felt shady to me. So glad I went somewhere else for half the price and much more honest people.

From beginning to the signing we had a great experience with Linnville Estate Law. Everyone in the offfice was friendly and kind. I would recommend Linville to anyone.
