There were instances where state policy, specifically related to "Family Reunification," appeared to be selectively applied. This raised questions about the consistency and fairness of the investigation.
Unethical Practices and Exploitation:

I observed what I perceived as unethical practices, including the inappropriate involvement of personal matters, such as the recent loss of a child, which I believe had a negative impact on the overall proceedings.
Opening of New CPS Case and Manipulative Tactics:

The initiation of a new CPS case while actively engaged in a custody battle for other children seemed unusual. Additionally, insinuations of drug involvement raised concerns about the overall transparency of the legal process.
Bias and Violation of Rights:

It appeared that personal biases influenced the proceedings, leading to concerns about the fairness and impartiality of the guardian ad litem.
Fabrication of Allegations and Disregard for Truth:

The perception of multiple inconsistencies and false statements, especially around drug testing and witness testimonies, raised questions about the adherence to truth and transparency.
