I made the mistake of trying to go through this law firm. Over many weeks, I did not receive a consultation as I had requested. I provided all of the information they requested. Nobody was responding. I kept following up. Very incompetent team. And very unprofessional. I called and emailed so many times. Eventually I gave up after a month.
Luz Villa was absolutely horrible at communicating and professionalism. And Matthew Curtis as well. Definitely do not waste your time with them.
