I went back and forth (I had to triple-email to get a reply) with them for 2 weeks to get a phone call scheduled, only to wait 45 mins without the person calling me (I called at the scheduled time and was told she was unavailable and would call me when she was out of a meeting). We rescheduled for 3 days later, this time in person (my request). I showed up on time and then waited in the conference room for half an hour because she was in a meeting again. Only to find out they only do "simple wills" and can't answer questions like "should I open a trust."

- 2 stars for no-showing, then being 30 mins late
