Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP – Sacramento

This review is being posted because my previous review is not present. This review concerns attorney Joseph Salazar of Lewis Brisbois, etc. I was a contractor with a municipal special district. I conducted an interview as assigned. The subject of the interview was determined to have provided false responses. The person brought an action against the special district after she was fired. I was a named defendant. I had my own errors and omissions liability insurance but the special advised they would provide my representation. I was instructed to meet with Joseph Salazar who requested and was provided with my professional insurance information. Without notice, and without warning, Salazar attempted to have the entire legal matter transfered to my insurance. He failed, and proceeded to lose his part of the case. I paid nothing when the plaintiff abandoned their action as it concerned me. The matter is complete but my anger based on my belief of Salazar's lack of honor and fidelity remains.

The office is brand new and the young man up front was very nice.

The Best. Mark and his son are knowledgeable, great to work with, very friendly. Couldn't ask for more
