My attorney, Laureve Blackstone, of Levy Ratner, P.C. was an excellent choice, and I highly recommend her. My case was against a huge corporation who most firms were hesitant to challenge. Laureve was honest about the uncertainty of our success, but when I decided to go forward, she dove right in. She quickly learned about my industry, its terminology and needs, and knew I was being mistreated during Covid-19. There were many frustrations along the way, especially the difficult dealings with my company and slow responses from the EEOC. Laureve kept me focused and calm. My case took almost 3 years to resolve, but I am very happy with the outcome.
We both agreed, when you're in the right...sometimes you have to keep up the fight!
