Levy Konigsberg

My experience with Levy Konigsberg was extremely disappointing. The only person I ever spoke with was an intake representative. Honestly, at times I questioned whether I was communicating with an actual person or an AI bot, and even wondered whether the process was legitimate. The intake rep told me I qualified for representation and sent me a retainer agreement. At no point did she explain that my case would be referred to another law firm. I only learned that when I received a retainer agreement from the other firm. Throughout the process, I could not get a single question answered. On the rare occasion I received a response (from the intake rep), I was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did. Eventually, I decided to terminate the agreement. Even then, getting acknowledgment of my request was a frustrating to say the least. I had to make several phone calls and send close to a dozen emails over a 2 week period before receiving confirmation and a disengagement letter. I understand how mass tort and MDL litigation works, and I never expected whiteglove service. These cases involve large numbers of claimants, and I understand that. But there is a difference between not receiving personalized attention and not receiving the basics of client communication.

I don’t understand how I signed a retainer and have not heard from them

Extraordinarily aggressive in trying to collect clients, only to be dismissed within minutes. This firm harassed me for months and when I finally gave in to provide sensitive and emotionally difficult information, they rejected my case within less than a minute. The phone calls were incessant for months bordering on unethical.

Speaking with their staff is very comfortable about sensitive Issues. I found it very heartwarming and supportive. I don’t hardly ever write reviews, but it seemed necessary to share.
