				I have been working with Levin Simes Abrams since 2019, most closely with Rachel Abrams. I reached a settlement late last year (2022) after nearly 4 years of shenanigans.The lawsuit has been a very emotionally taxing process especially since the defendant has continually dragged the case out. However, Rachel and the firm at large have been such an amazing resource. The team has always been very responsive and really fought for me Throughout the entire process. Rachel personally made herself available any time I had questions or concerns. There were moments where I was emotionally overwhelmed and spiraling. Rachel always maintained composure and was great at "talking me off the ledge". I couldn't have imagined a better experience with a law firm while dealing with such a serious injury. I truly felt like Levin Simes Abrams was a vital part of my support group during this chapter of my life.
