This man is finally getting help. His receptionist also needs to go ahead and retire. PLEASE DO NOT RETAIN. Very rude, loud outburst in the courtroom, me being his client, he was against me. I have more to say, but don’t have the time. If you felt like John Levine took your money and didn’t do anything to help you and never allowed you to view body cam evidence in your case. He called you names which is not normal to do as a lawyer please file a grievance on him. Judy who answers the phone is also very rude, and an over talker. I had to appeal my case and they refused to give me what I needed in a timely manner, and once they did send it, I’m still unable too view majority of the body cam. He is incompetent. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! Half of these 5 star reviews are fake ( Allegedly).

My wife and I had the opportunity to consult with Mr. David Levin recently regarding a legal issue which was causing great anxiety and worry for our family. Mr. Levin welcomed us as friends when we went to see him and gave us his utmost attention as we explained the issue. He was able to provide straightforward and common sense advice which provided great comfort for us. Unlike other lawyers we contacted, Mr. Levin listened attentively to all details of our issue and we felt he was truly interested and concerned and want to ease our discomfort. Upon arriving at his office, his secretary immediately made us feel like family and was friendly and cordial while setting up a time for us to talk to him. We were seen the same day. I unequivocally recommend Mr. David Levin for any legal issues you may be facing if you want to feel like your lawyer is concerned about you and has your best interests at heart.
