I’ve never dealt with a law firm and had such a good experience. I would strongly recommend working with this firm. You can’t imagine how amazing they were from beginning to end. I never leave reviews, but I think it’s important for people to know the truth. DJ was amazing.

Again, I would advise people to review how this entity responds to every review left about them, as they seem to react negatively. In my experience, they have even gone so far as to mention names and make comments about a case. Specifically, Brooks, the lawyer, does not appear to be very effective, in my opinion. It seems he works against his clients' interests. I was offered $10,000, but I declined. It appears that these individuals are primarily motivated by financial gain. Furthermore, they did not even know the make of my vehicle, claiming it was a GMC, despite having all the relevant documents. It is quite astonishing. They realized I was not willing to accept a low offer, and therefore, they attempted to negotiate a $3,000 settlement. In my opinion, after they had already offered me 10,000 and the paralegal, Randy, is even less competent. I would suggest reviewing how they respond to negative reviews, as it may indicate how they feel about their clients. If they do not get their way, they seem to become confrontational with former clients. I intend to find a local lawyer who can effectively represent me and secure the compensation I deserve. It is not worth pursuing a case with this entity, and I would advise others to avoid them. LMFAO.

I would advise against working with this firm as they lack transparency with clients and adopt an adversarial approach. One of their paralegals exhibits unprofessional behavior, displaying a superior attitude and rudeness. After expressing my concerns to the lawyer, he became hostile during our phone conversation. Their primary interest seems to be settling cases quickly, even for minimal compensation, as they receive payment regardless of the settlement amount. They terminated their representation of me when I refused to accept a low settlement offer. Furthermore, their communication was inadequate, particularly during the initial months of my case. It was only when a settlement opportunity arose that they became more engaged. I would recommend seeking a local lawyer who prioritizes transparency and open communication.
