Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The group was kind, informed, and very helpful.

Very rude. Asked me tell me the story with my car so I talk to him for about 45 seconds about the safety issue we experienced. He very rudely cuts me off, essentially saying his time was too valuable and that he only cares about paperwork, not my story and "I only successfully prosecute X many cases by focusing on paperwork!" So to summarize he asks me one question, rudely cuts me off saying I didn't answer a different question (like just ask me for the paperwork upfront if that's what you wanted), then goes into his short little self promotional talking points. I guess that dazzles some people by belittling the customer and acting like a know-it-all big shot lawyer but it tells me that I shouldn't trust him with my case
