They are not useful at all. A waste of time and funding

Very rude and cranky lady name Renee on phone. She took my screening information and then just said " oh you are going to lose your case , because you have to pay your rent you don't have money so you have to get out.You have to go to the court house and file the paperwork if they let you because it's late " . I told her that I had reported the landlord to code enforcement multiple times for code concerns . She said " that's not a good defense, you don't have any defenses you have to get out I'm going to close your case" . I said don't close my case I also have where there was inaccurate payment processing of rent . She said rudely "Well ok I will leave the case open until you call back my name is Renee" . I realize that this is a nonprofit but please can we try to be kind and compassionate people are calling this organization because they need help most are low income a lot of people are struggling nowadays and having metal strain . If you don't like working with people you should get another job . Im going through a hard time as it is

Called about ongoing harassment from. Onsite manager. No help

Terrible. No response. Incompetent office. Make it as difficult as possible to access help.
