Great people! Extremely helpful!

Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Unbelievably Rude I contacted this office for urgent health advocacy, and instead of helping, "Jackie" spent the entire call arguing about things she clearly does not understand. She completely missed the core emergency and got stuck on completely irrelevant details regarding my mother's insurance transfer. When I correctly pointed out that Kaiser and Sutter use the same backend system (Epic) and that I had already provided the previous physician's full details, she became combative and hostile. Instead of listening or asking clarifying questions, she chose to repeatedly threaten to hang up on me, blaming her own lack of comprehension on the patient's family. She is completely unknowledgeable about how medical record systems work, entirely unprofessional, and completely lacks the basic empathy required for a consumer alliance role. If you are dealing with a critical healthcare crisis, avoid this worker at all costs. She does not listen, she gives out false information, and she will abandon you when she gets confused. Absolute garbage service. I speak clear English but she keeps saying she doesn’t understand!!!!!! Asking questions not related instead of trying to understand. I hope Jackie biased racises spends her entire life speaking and no one understands. No body does anyway because she speaks way far from the subject. Too sad seeing such people at auburn and one should be advocate we educate them and told them how system works and what is California law. To her bosses how you hire her based on what knowledge if she isn’t aware of one simple system between hospitals that she can just google it instead of arguing. She also starts to bluff about pcp referral which I didn’t mention and not even related to my case!! When questions her she gives me the definition of pcp what stands for 😂😂😂 that level of smartness.

This review is not in response to the information that was provided to me but rather about how they handled giving me the information. Julian, I believe that was their name, called me today to inform me that they don't think they'll be able to help me with my case. However the way that they provided that information and did not provide good examples of why the law is not in my favor. Was very dissettling. Also, the lack of empathy was very surprising and upsetting.
