I want to share my experience for anyone considering this firm.

Over the past several months, I have attempted multiple times to request an appointment, exactly as described on Legal Edge Solutions’ website. Each time, I was immediately told that they are not accepting any new clients, without any opportunity for consultation or intake.

My issue is not that a firm has capacity limits, that’s understandable. The issue is that the website strongly encourages potential clients to “request an appointment” and implies an accessible intake and consultation process that, in my experience, does not exist.

This was especially frustrating because I was referred to this firm on three separate occasions by other law firms, which created a reasonable expectation that at least an initial consultation might be possible.

If you are seeking help and hoping to get your foot in the door, be aware that despite the messaging on the website, you may not be given the opportunity to even schedule an initial consultation.

I’m leaving this review so others can set realistic expectations before spending time and emotional energy reaching out.

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! They answered all our questions and gave is a clear idea of what we need to do next and how they will handle it!

Sandra Kuntz handled my divorce in 2007, when I called today to get assistance with information that was to have been included in my divorce decree. I was treated in the most unprofessional, condescending, rude, unhelpful and cold tone imaginable. I was repeatedly called Ma'am and denied any apology, concern, empathy or even recognition that I had once been a client. Go e was the friendly, caring style that I experienced when I paid 1500.00 for my divorce. If my records were no longer available that's fine, I offered to fax over my documents for clarificstion. Every suggestion I made to resolve this unfortunste matter was in met with a stern "NO, I cannot help you ma'am". I was then hung up on and when I called back was told to not call the office again, that they were done with this matter. I no longer live in Dickinson, but if I did I would NOT ever use the legal services of Sandra Kuntz or her staff. Absolutely, unwarranted and unbelievably bad treatment of a former client, who called for assistance in good faith. 😲
