Long wait to get a response. Can't just walk into office. Have to wait for someone to call you back, no live person when you call, have to leave message and wait. Even an elderly veteran facing eviction is made to wait , just so they can say "our caseload is too full". Why string people along?acting like you might help? To waist time we don't have so an elderly veteran is homeless? That's not "assistance" to anyone, let alone an elderly veteran.
