Horrible communication from this office. I was never updated on what was going on and had to call the office to request information. I received A notification from them requesting I send some items in. I sent them to the email address that was listed on the notification when they asked for the information again and I told them what email address I sent it to. They said that email is not monitored and asked me to send it to a different address. I am not sure why they are publishing an email they do not check. I was told 1 of 2 tickets would be dismissed but they were not so it was a waste of the $1000 paid to the attorney and the $600 in court costs.
