Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. These people are lazy, rude, wildly unprofessional and completely incompetent. Trust me you’re better off representing yourself because they won’t even file paperwork for you and have no idea what they’re talking about. The paralegal knew more about the law and was willing to do more for me than the “lawyer”. Disgusting.

I sought assistance from Legal Aid Service of Collier County and was assigned an attorney. After initial contact, communication became inconsistent and ultimately ceased without resolution, leaving me without meaningful guidance or representation during an active matter.

I was also informed that a supervisor would follow up within two weeks. That follow-up did not occur. No explanation, update, or alternative contact was provided.

This is not a matter of expectations or communication style. It reflects a failure to meet basic professional obligations, including maintaining communication, honoring stated timelines, and ensuring continuity of representation.

Clients seeking legal assistance are often already in difficult situations. Being left without direction or follow-through does not simply delay help, it leaves the client navigating the matter alone.

At a minimum, clients should be able to rely on consistent communication and adherence to commitments. That standard was not met in this case.

The paralegal that was taking my intake plus additional information was mad rude. Don't waste your time
