Robert Kane was the Attorney for the seller. At the closing, with all the necessary people present gathered around the conference room table, Robert didn't have the right document proving the seller's ownership and the COOPS atty had no chose but to say we coudn't close until he did. (The closing was a somewhat atypical because it was an estate sale, but still.. surely a lawyer's job would have a handle on this. It was obvious to the COOP atty.)

This was a major problem for both the seller and I, who had to make all kinds of adjustments to plans that cost each of us money. Kane did get the correct docs and everyone had to make the time to return to the conference room for the closing two weeks later -- though at that closing Kane was 35 minutes late because he was sitting in the wrong conference room. And then he accused the COOP atty of getting some numbers wrong (She didn't.).

If I wasn't out 3K due to what seems a lack of attention to detail I wouldn't bother with this review. But there we are.
