Customer service here is trash. As a person in need of an attorney, they tell you to leave a voicemail so they can call you back. They don’t call you back or anything, then I call after 8 days of waiting and the receptionist proceeds to tell me that they don’t give a timeframe of when they can call back. Being that busy to not even call people back is crazy. This case that I’m dealing with is time sensitive and waiting on this company to help me I’ll never get an attorney in time.
