On 8-28-2025, l was hit by a car that was making a left turn. I was in the crosswalk, riding my handicapped scooter when I was struck by the car. I was then hospitalized at Queens for 1 week and then spent another 2 weeks in Rehab of the Pacific. After being discharged, additional treatment had to be completed. The injuries suffered were extensive. The driver only had minimal limits on the car which was not sufficient to compensate me for the injuries that I suffered.

Although I was considered a pedestrian,
Aaron and his team were able to secure compensation for my accident under my own policy's Underinsured Motorist Coverage. At least I was able to be compensated somewhat for my injuries.
