I work for this one place for 8 years I end up suing the workplace and after that lawsuit they only got me up for 5000 and after the fees and everything I got 1500. I advise to think about it. To me that sucked!

I admit they sent out a demand letter, emails and made a few calls to my previous employer regarding my case, BUT since they couldn’t receive my employment records because my employer refused (which should have been a red flag!) they pretty much couldn’t do much with out it, they terminated the case since they couldn’t move forward. Basically the employer wasn’t intimidated what so ever with this firm. The employer read the emails, opened the demand letter and the ONE time they did answer a phone call they said they weren’t worried with this firm and were not gonna provide anything they asked for. So the firm did exactly what my previous employer knew they would, dropped it, being laughed at for picking this firm was the outcome, so now I opened a new case with a new firm and it’s finally getting pushed forward! They immediately seen the red flags from the jump and basically told me not to worry and they got it from here. All in all, it was the title of this firm they were not worried with for some reason. Good luck to the rest of you though. I didn’t get anything from this but time wasted and no defense.

I appreciate this firms service. I had complications with 2 companies not following employee laws and doing unfair practices. LFEC protected me and my rights putting that company in a position where they had to address their practices. In the end LFEC got me a settlement that helped me tremendously. I feel this company protects employees that are wrongfully terminated and being treated unfairly.

They handled my case completely on my behalf and went back and forth between myself and my former employer instead of having me be present so I could speak for myself and explain I real time like a Court room would. So I don't know exactly how hard they actually faught for me. By the settlement not very hard. I got a small settlement in wich they took 95- 98% of it. Leaving me with basically nothing. I swear they take more than they claim they will in the beginning. All those months for far less than it was worth. I guess they figured they are doing all the work so they will take most of the tiny payout. Not worth the trouble. Fid a different company everyone dint waste your time there.
