My son who was a brand-new driver and only 17 and still on DMV probation got a speeding ticket in Ulster County. Not just any speeding ticket, he thought he was in a 55 mph zone and was keeping up with traffic doing 56 mph - newbie driver - and was nailed in a speeding trap which was actually a 25 mph speed zone. That is 31 miles over the speed limit and a possible 8-point penalty.

I called numerous attorneys in the area from online. Everyone told me my son would never get no points. No judge would reduce to zero. So, I kept calling... one attorney said he didn't represent in the area but a colleague of his did and he referred me to Mr. Trank.

He instructed me to be proactive and have my son take an online class Alive at 25 which the court would probably make him take as a part of the outcome and told me this wouldn't be fixed or addressed overnight. I felt completely confident in him when I hung up and knew that he was the attorney to represent my son.

Outcome - he not only lived up to any expectations but exceeded them. He was able to get the 8-point violation dropped to a zero point and a parking violation with a fine. He is an exceptional attorney, honest and straightforward. I would hire him again and again but hope I do not need to.
