Ali Ziai is the worst criminal defense attorney in Los Angeles and he FAILED to get a restraining order against my ex who financially and physically abused my 74 year old mother. When my mother refused to pay Ali, he became vindictive, emotional, rude, a liar, and totally unprofessional. He even went as far as to try to undermine my family law case (separate case than my mothers) as a witness so I would lose custody of my kids. A "horrible person" would be an understatement. In a turn of events, thanks to Ali's unprofessionalism and unethical behavior, the family law judge saw right through this coward and I won my case. So something eventually good did come out of this coward. Ali is not the type of person you want on your side in Court. Ali has no idea on how to deescalate a situation nor handle himself professionally. He is highly unexperienced. Avoid at all costs.

As a party who has had direct dealings with Mr. Beach, I find it necessary to recount my experiences for the benefit of potential clients, colleagues, and the legal community at large. The very bedrock of our legal system is built on principles of professionalism, respect, and adherence to ethical standards - concepts seemingly foreign to Mr. Beach's practice. Mr. Beach's neglect for procedural propriety is best illustrated by his indifference to court-set deadlines. For example, in my recent interaction with him, he delayed the submission of a settlement offer until the last possible moment, flaunting the courtesy of promptness, a professional standard expected of attorneys. Such untimeliness not only disrupts the smooth flow of the legal process but also signals a disregard for the time and resources of others involved in the case. Furthermore, his lack of response to my good-faith settlement offer until the eleventh hour undermines the principles of cooperation and fair negotiation, which are crucial to settlement discussions. His approach suggests an insensitivity to the importance of these discussions, which often serve as a last recourse to avoid trial and thus reduce strain on all parties involved, particularly the court system. More disappointingly, Mr. Beach's communication style lacked the expected professionalism of an attorney. His interactions were often brusque, dismissive, and lacked the mutual respect due in professional discourse. For an attorney, clear and respectful communication is not just a courtesy, but a professional duty. Perhaps most importantly, Mr. Beach's actions reflect poorly on the broader legal profession. Attorneys are officers of the court, expected to uphold the dignity and integrity of the legal process. By shirking this responsibility, Mr. Beach not only does a disservice to his clients but also undermines public confidence in our justice system. In conclusion, potential clients and colleagues should be wary of an attorney who shows such disregard for professionalism and decorum. While every attorney has their style, it is important that respect for the process and all involved remains paramount. Mr. Beach's conduct stands as an example of how not to behave in our noble profession, and I can only hope that it serves as a reminder to us all of the high standards to which we should aspire. While this review is firm, it is written in hopes of encouraging Mr. Beach to take a more respectful and professional approach in the future. The legal community and its clients would be better served if he does.
