We had a dreadful case when purchasing our current home because the seller hided the presence of an illegal installation of a sump pump line, which went through two neighbors backyard. To make the things even more complicated, the seller has soured the relation with both neighbors as the seller didn’t even inform the neighbors about the sump pump line when it was installed. UNBELIEVABLE. So we had to deal with the mess the seller left to us and It took us over 6 months to get everything settled. As you could imagine, we had endless discussions with the two neighbors about how to make the things right. We felt fortunate to have Jenny as our lawyer during this difficult time.
