Very disappointed with handling of my wife’s case they initially said it would take 6 months it’s been 3 years now and haven’t received the settlement money keep in mind we have received a letter from the adjuster that they have cut the check already . When my wife calls they are rude and give her the run around. I hope they clean there act up because they are suppose defend the people not mistreat them.

Everything was handled decently with my case manager Ludwig until he was out for two weeks and a so called Javier was extremely rude and entitled telling me “as I’ve already repeated to you 4 times… “ along with “i don't get paid by your case until its closed anyway” then transferred me to a supervisor Jessica who disgustingly just spoke like a computer because she was siding with her friend javier rather than trying to address any concern with me when all i had was questions. Worst experience ever.
