My experience with Varouj was extremely disappointing and added even more stress to an already painful and emotionally exhausting situation. From the beginning, communication was consistently poor. Phone calls and emails were often ignored or answered only after long delays, and when I did receive a response, it was frequently vague, rushed, or unhelpful. I never felt like my case was a priority. Instead, I often felt that I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information about what was happening. I was also very dissatisfied with the lack of clear guidance. Important parts of the divorce process, possible outcomes, deadlines, and legal fees were not explained to me in a way that I could easily understand. I often felt confused and unprepared. Rather than receiving reassurance and professional support, I was left feeling anxious, frustrated, and alone. In my opinion, Varouj showed very little empathy or patience. My concerns sometimes seemed to be dismissed, and I did not feel that my questions were taken seriously. During such a difficult period in my life, I expected someone who would listen carefully, communicate honestly, and advocate for me. That was not my experience. The billing was another major source of frustration. I did not feel that the quality of service matched the amount I was charged, and I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding certain fees. Considering the cost, I expected much better communication, preparation, and attention to detail. Overall, I regret hiring this attorney. The experience left me feeling unsupported, poorly informed, and dissatisfied with the representation I received. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone going through a divorce, especially someone who needs consistent communication, compassion, and clear legal guidance.
