I was at my wits end and stressed beyond relief due to not only the incompetency of credit bureaus, but the literal illegal practice of an entity I was dealing with. I can’t give much detail but I can say all entities I dealt with were taken care of by Todd and his amazing group of lawyers and my credit report was also adjusted rightfully so. I hate it took me having to sue people for them to do the right thing but that’s the world for ya. Justice was indeed served tho. The process took some time so don’t be discouraged. But once they heard my story, Todd personally reached out to me. He was professional and EMPATHETIC. Truth be told you don’t see that often with lawyer firms. Most times they just see dollar signs but Todd didn’t, he saw me as a human who was being taken advantage by people with more power than I had at my disposal. After speaking, an amazing lawyer from his firm; Matthew took on my case and represented me against those jerks. Again this won’t be a fast process, but have faith you’re in the right hands. Best part is they didn’t drain me financially. They took my case on when I was at my lowest point financially. All lawyers get a small cut so don’t trip off that. You can tell they do this because they care about justice not just the money. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Go ahead and pick that phone up so you can get the ball rolling. Can't really speak on Todd, as it seemed like he would only join the conversation whenever he needed to reinforce his attorney David's position. I was disappointed by what I felt was David's overly risk-averse and non-aggressive approach. In my view, he consistently yielded to opposing counsel, who was an older, female attorney, who took a much more assertive approach. Nearly every call I received from him was some kind of bad news, and I often felt as though I needed my own attorney just to communicate with my attorney.
