I hired Ms. Barberi to represent me in a DUI case, and I’m glad I did. From the start, I appreciated her honesty and direct communication. She does not sugarcoat anything. Instead, she explains every possible outcome so you know exactly what to expect, including the worst-case scenario. She made sure I understood what to expect throughout both the court process and my DMV hearing, which helped ease a lot of the stress and anxiety. By the end of our consultation all my questions and concerns were addressed with compassion and knowledge. Whenever I had additional questions, I was able to contact her office without any issues, and her staff was always helpful and responsive.

I’m sorry but I do not recommend Tina Barberi for any “expungement” services because on her website they claim to do “EXPUNGEMENTS and RECORD SEALING” but I got a letter in the mail stating that my charge was only dismissed which means that when I apply for jobs and they do a background check all my arrests and dismissed convictions will still show up. I paid $1,000 and did not get my charge expunged or my record sealed. If you google it, A DISMISSAL IS NOT THE SAME AS EXPUNGEMENT. Just find someone else, she also has a rude assistant named Kayla who answers the calls and gate keeps. I asked to speak to Tina multiple times and she would never let me talk to her. It was impossible. Hopefully Tina can read this review and contact me directly.

Rude

Called them when I got my ticket and they told me that they will present me in the court and they quoted me $1100. They told me once I get my court date I should call them and they will send me the paper to sign and we’ll go from there. When I get the court date, I called them and they keep saying Call us tomorrow as we are confirming that our attorney can go to the court on your date. The Kept doing that for two weeks until I had only one week before my court date so I had to go somewhere else who respects my time more.
