Although his practice was at capacity and he was unable to accept our case, he responded promptly with a level of thoughtfulness, compassion, and professionalism that genuinely impressed me. What stood out most was his willingness to treat our concerns with care and seriousness, despite knowing that he would not be representing us. His response was both reassuring and helpful, and it was clear to me that he genuinely cares about the people who reach out to him. My wife is a criminal defense attorney, so I have some appreciation for just how demanding an attorney’s schedule can be and how valuable their time is. Knowing this made Mr. Howett’s responsiveness, kindness, and consideration all the more meaningful to me. His professionalism and willingness to help, even when he could not take our case, were especially appreciated. Although we did not establish an attorney-client relationship, my interaction with Mr. Howett left a lasting impression. I am sincerely grateful for his time, professionalism, and generosity of spirit.
