I hired Tim Doud to resolve child custody issues that originated from false allegations that resulted in a dependency case that was closed. Mr. Doud failed miserably. Mr. Doud gave me pushback when I sought temporary time sharing for the holiday. When Mr. Doud and I parted ways it was difficult to get the case documents I paid for. I am deciding if I will file a malpractice suit against Attorney Doud. When at least one parent is uncooperative in creating a parenting plan it provides the opportunity for attorneys to make money at the expense of the children. Greed is a sin and both opposing counsel and Attorney Timothy Doud profited at the expense of my children. My children are unhappy.
