Mr. Flinn was the consummate professional and helped resolve an outstanding title issue with a dealership that was proving evasive in its communication. A family member purchased a car in March 2026 and, as of July 2026, still had not received the title. The dealership stopped responding to all inquiries, but once we contacted Mr. Flinn, he explained our rights as consumers, contacted the dealership and had the title delivered to us in just nine days. Without his assistance, I am confident the issue would still be unresolved and the title left in limbo. I would definitely recommend Mr. Flinn for your consumer advocacy needs.

If you care about results, Attorney Flinn is great. He helped us with our Chevy Traverse lemon. Got every penny out of the deal. The whole process took about 6 or so months, but that's not on him. The manufacturer and state make it a very slow process, but in the end, we got our money back from Chevy which is what we wanted.
