Mr. Flinn,

I would like to clarify that my initial review was intentionally restrained out of respect. However, given the circumstances, I feel it is necessary to provide a more complete account of my experience.

When I first contacted your office, I spoke with a representative who was discourteous and failed to accurately record my information. I was instructed to obtain a diminished value claim, which I promptly did. Upon calling back, I encountered another representative who was similarly unhelpful and unable to provide any meaningful information regarding my case. After providing my details again, I was asked to wait an additional day due to your court schedule.

When you later returned my call, I identified myself clearly, yet you repeatedly referred to me incorrectly. The tone of the conversation felt unwelcoming, and I was interrupted while attempting to explain the details of my case. Additionally, the information you provided contradicted the assessment of the attorney who referred me to you.

To be clear, I did not seek out your services independently—I was referred to you by a colleague who had already evaluated my case and expressed confidence in your ability to assist. Unfortunately, the interaction did not reflect that expectation. I felt that I was spoken to in a dismissive manner, rather than being treated with the professionalism and respect that clients deserve.

As someone with a paralegal background who has worked alongside attorneys who exemplify ethical and respectful client communication, I found this experience particularly disappointing. Reviews are intended to offer honest feedback, and while I initially chose not to elaborate, I believe it is important to be transparent about my experience.

Even if you had been able to handle my claim, the nature of this interaction would have deterred me from retaining your services. I hope you take this feedback constructively, as I am confident I am not the only individual who has had a similar experience.

This morning Michael reached out to me with A sincere apology. He admitted jumping the gun in his assumption and answered all of my questions which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Michael

I contacted the office with some questions regarding a recent purchase of a vehicle. It took Michael a couple days to get back which is understandable. However, what took place next was quite aggravating and completely out of the ordinary from my experiences utilizing attorneys .. The phrase "putting the cart in front of the horse" comes to mind.
For some reason Michael decided the best course of action would be for him to
"Take the liberty" (his words not mine) of reaching out on my behalf to the VP "his fixer" of the company that I purchased the vehicle from. I am not a client of his and this took place prior to mr. Flynn hearing my questions or concerns, never mind even speaking with me about my situation in any capacity other than leaving me a voicemail telling me that he was going to do this, thus creating a hell of a mess for me to clean up.

A little communication goes a long way. That being said communication is a two-way street. When we finally did connect by phone your incessant interrupting whilst trying to explain my situation which up until that point you could not have known any of my concerns or questions, along with your unwarranted arrogant attitude Is very unbecoming. Do better.

Mr. Flinn and Kellie were great. We reached out for advice with a title issue. Mr. Flinn was able to get a resolution. They answered all of our questions and communicated well. Very pleased with the service he provided and will recommend. Thank you.
