Now that I'm 6 months moved into my 2nd home I can confidently say I would never work with this firm again. Absolute nightmare closing on our new home and the fault was due to no one but this firm and their trusted parties. Jennifer was helpful, but everyone - including ourselves, our realtor, the selling party, and their legal representatives were left STUNNED at the ineptitude of this firm. Our home purchase literally didnt close on time due to no one but them and we were LUCKY they let us stay in the home as we moved in because they had our money tied up for 4 days while their trusted party just didnt answer the phone... actually insane - our seller almost filed fraud charges. Find someone else when you want to buy or sell a home - its also impossible to get Jennifer on the phone when you call - you'll get a call back....maybe. Sorry to do this but I dont want someone's purchase to get ruined like ours did.
