The most unprofessional person I have ever had to work with. I was trying to get my deposit back on a closing that the sellers pulled out of for MONTHS. I would only get a response to my emails once every 2 weeks with countless follow ups. When I would have questions or concerns regarding what the sellers presented to us, the legal advice I received was to "just sign the documents and move on with my life". I was the only one looking out for my best interest because my "attorney" couldn't be bothered to do his job. He also told me I owed him an additional $1,500, when HIS contract said I owed an additional $500. If I didn't read the contract he would've scammed me out of an additional $500. The attachments should the countless follow ups and egregious lack of timeliness and Serna's attempt to ask for more money that what his contract states I owe.

Horrible , this guy it’s a complete joke . He doesn’t fight for you or have any good intentions to get the best results or even any results . He gave up on our case had 0 interest to help do anything . Do yourself a favor and find some one that actually cares . They no body cares in this place .
