I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Neyman and many of his clients for the past few years. Atttorney Neyman's knowledge of the law is second to none. He is always prepared, focused and thorough when appearing in court. I have never met one of his client's who wasn't thrilled with their results.

Steve and I both practice criminal defense and we're great friends. I routinely call Steve for advice on thorny legal problems and trial strategy. I pretty much self incriminated myself into charges, and the extra ordinary circumstances of the case, including the time line in which i needed this to be handled required a man that can handle extra ordinary circumstances. Moment-by-moment, my case threw circumstances fairly unseen in normal cases, while everything about Sir Neyman screams competence and intelligence, i think he trusted my strong intuition when it counted in the courtroom, during our stalled trial, and we were able to walk out with a very favorable outcome on a fairly serious charge. We arrived at a resolution within 2 weeks of retaining, within a single court hearing. He pre-poned the trial by 2 weeks, since my situation was time sensitive, he did that very next day after I was able to sign him. He made a statement in the court that instantly summarized the entire situation in 2 sentences. Now I saw a significant concern in the proceedings from the government, that they cling on the verge of serious misconduct if true. However, I was 90% sure about the serious contradiction. And Sir Stephen, put his faith in me, and found the right outlet to voice my concern. This guy instantly found a way to channel my concern without disrupting the court proceedings and with the right words. I think that played a huge part in our success, the very same day. And he did that as if it were his 2nd nature, he is able to deliver statements that conceal the deliberation - in the words that appeal to the listener. Also, before court we spoke for a grand total of like 1 to 1 and a half hours. That's all he needed, to understand the case. Within 1 minute of reading he made accurate assumptions about the case. That's experience, but that’s also intelligence and competence. This sharp understanding even in a cross cultural situation.

We all know, in the deal making system, the line between innocent and guilty is transient, unfortunately or fortunately, that’s what the justice system is today. Maintaining relationships and understanding the tonalities of the stakeholders in the court are just as important as facts and truth. That is Sir Neyman’s second nature, for him it's effortless. And it's effortless in the sense that I was never told by him to back down, ever. Yet everyone knew without me voicing it, that I wasn't there for negotiations. I was there to prove my case. Indeed, he played a balancing act for both sides, and got me an outcome that favored my circumstances substantially (again effortlessly).

If you are charged with a crime, don’t wait and hire him. This man is extremely competent.

When I called him initially he stopped my explanatory outburst and said do you have the police report? I said, no. He said they should have given you one. I said really? I didn’t even know what a police report meant. Turns out, somebody else from the court took it home! This was the very beginning of the case. And I got this advice from him for free. What I am saying is, even a free phone call with him, corrected the course of my situation in like 10 minutes.

Also, he is an amazingly sharp and witty man with a great sense of humor. He knows everything about everything. And I actually enjoyed my day in the court with him!
