This guy is a joke, pure and simple. He is not good at practicing law by any means.. the ONLY thing he TRIES to do is bully people with lies and insults! I would 100% recommend you choose another attorney who is actually willing to try and GO BY THE LAW. A contract is a contract. Not going back and not paying your bills after the work is done and using the "Im a LAWYER" quote to try and scare you into not asking for the full amount for the contract! Stay away from this SCAMMER!

When the other lawyers say to me "he doesn't respond to us either, on this or other cases", that only begins to tell you about SF. We're purchasing a condo from his clients, which should have happened 8/6/21. SF seems to have been a stumbling block in this transaction for as long as he's been involved. At this point, he needs to file the final paperwork with the courts but refuses to do so or answer why. He's not my lawyer and to say the least, wouldn't get any recommendations from anyone involved.
