I highly recommend Christina Godbey of The Law Offices of Schwartz & Godbey. I retained Ms. Godbey when I filed for divorce, and from the very beginning, she and her staff provided exceptional service and support throughout the entire process. Ms. Godbey and her team were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and effective. All documents and correspondence were handled promptly and accurately, and my emails, phone calls, questions, and concerns were addressed immediately. I always felt that my case was being handled with the attention and professionalism it deserved. My case was settled in a timely manner and ultimately in my favor. Ms. Godbey’s experience and dedication made what could have been an extremely stressful process much easier to navigate. I am extremely pleased with the services I received from Ms. Godbey and her staff and would highly recommend The Law Offices of Schwartz & Godbey to anyone in need of an experienced and professional family law attorney, particularly those going through a divorce.

I don’t recommend this Law Firm offices of Schwartz and Godbey to anyone. They were extremely shady with my money and impersonal to my concerns. I had to get my bank to request this law office an itemized invoice of my law fees that came out to $2,500 because they failed to provide me the information when it was time for me to cancel their services. This law office would secretly charge me without notice of approval. I was outrage to see them charge me $500 for viewing my personal statement, $1,000 charge for a few phone calls that only consist of me compromising with the other party instead of fighting back, and another 1,000 for an ineffective negotiation letter to be send to the other party that got denied. This law office will say anything to gain your trust and take your money but when it came down to getting things done they failed to support your case and would be quick to pass on your case to other attorneys within their office without your approval. I completely felt lied to by this office for giving me false hope, charging me unfairly, and for making my case weaker. I lost the case due to their lack of care. In the end, all I received from their law office was a ridiculous bill with no apology.

I experienced false reporting, false accusations, and injustice in August of 2024. All of this caused severe emotional and physical distress, and nearly caused ruination of my career. I asked Cathy Schwartz for help and she went above and beyond to help me as this case dragged on for a full year. Her knowledge, expertise, and most importantly, her empathy and genuine concern won out in the end. I appreciate her and highly recommend her.

Highly recommend using this law firm, while matters of family law are never easy to deal with the staff at Schwartz & Godbey made everything a simpler and less painful process. Response to communication was always timely and I felt like my concerns were always addressed. My lawyer (Christina) was always punctual, respectful and empathetic. There was never a moment were I doubted her ability to handle my case and ensure the best outcome for me. Highly recommend.

WOW!! That is all I have to say about Schwartz & Godbey and their ENTIRE TEAM! I rarely write reviews but I would like to help others make the right decision. It is not easy to find great divorce attorneys. I should know I went through three others that cost me more time and money. I then found attorney Ms Schwartz who is extremely knowledgeable about the law and how to guide my case and me too with all my questions and OCD on details. Ms Schwartz's paralegal Brittany was also extremely detailed and she was absolutely AMAZING! It was an honor working with everyone there who were always polite and professional. No question was ever a bother they were all happy to help. I highly recommend this attorney and her entire team if you want the best results for your case.
