sam chandra law office was a massive mistake to have legally represent my real estate investment company (llc) . i work on behalf of the company as the property manager for a select group of property's. we needed help to resolve issues with tenants living at two seprate property's which required having u.d done to evict them as well as recovering money for damages to the property's. sam chandra has caused our company to loose large amounts of money (thousands) and a huge chunck of time while working with him as we paid him upfront for his services to legally represent us in court where he was a no-show , causing us to loose our case and all the money spend on the u.d process -ex) . he was all talk until it came time for court where he was supposed to show up but never did .when contacting his office to find out what happened i was spoken to very rudely and was given the run around being transfered to 3 different numbers of his firm being put on hold for upwards of 30 min each time. at the end i was placed on call to his assistant who said sam chandra was not in the office that day & stated that if i needed to speak to him that bad then "you should've f**king already set up a appointment to talk to him instead of wasting his office's time" then hung up on me. sam chandra has yet to respond to me himself despite me emailing and leaving voicemails for him. sam chandra law office is the most disrespectful & pathetically unprofessional legal help i have ever experianced.

I am not an attorney but assisting someone that does not know his rights as a tenant, the woman that answers the phone refused to give me her name and made comments aloud while hanging up the phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau after this review. Its an absolute shame that the minute they realized they could no longer take advantage of an individual they shut down and had nothing to say, why could she not take a message for the attorney, or why did she refuse to give me her name. I will not stay quiet. Stay away from this attorney and his unprofessional receptionist

Sam Chandra has represented us in several evictions over the past 10 years. I can't describe how important it is too have legal representation on your side when your a property manager or property owner for income properties when dealing with tenants. Sam and his team are professional and they get results. I recommend Sam highly, we just wrapped up successfully a case today yet again. If you want someone in your corner that knows the law and fights for you then don't look any further. We can't say enough you can't go wrong.

This attorney has no integrity and is an prime example of what gives attorneys such a bad name and reputation. This also makes the clients he represents looks very bad and questionable. Not only has my company experienced his deceit first hand but have talked to others who have also had dealings with him and the way he runs his office. I hope that this will get you to think twice on who you choose in retaining someone to represent you as it is your reputation that will be tarnished by his ways of doing business.
