Rudy Santos is, unfortunately, the first family lawyer that I had to hire. I didn't really know who to hire. I work an average job and make an average wage. My case was a simple child custody dispute that, I'm assuming, doesn't differ much from the average child custody dispute.
I can't say why I chose Rudy Santos. You just have to kind of follow your heart and choose someone if you have absolutely no idea who to choose. It's not like I frequently hire family lawyers.
Although I might not be able to say why I chose Rudy Santos, I can say why I would return to Rudy Santos.
I had emailed him a detailed description of everything that happened, and when talking to him in person, he seemed to know the facts of my case, which suggests that he had read my document thoroughly and thoughtfully a few times. When important issues came up, he would take the time to address them.
My outcome overall feels pretty satisfactory to me. I can also say that I don't feel as if unexplainable costs occurred at any point. For people making an average salary, any lawyer will be felt significantly in your budget. But Rudy Santos worked in a manner where he would always tell me, "We can try to avoid this process to save you money."
I am grateful for his help, and for any future matters, I plan on returning.
