Absolute scam artists. They charge you 25% of all resolved balances in "fees" leaving you paying more than your original total while claiming you paid less because your negotiated totals are lower. Then when you're all paid off they delay discharge as long as possible to keep charging you monthly account fees and steal every penny they can before they you go. Avoid these corporate monsters.

They continued withdrawing money from my account even after all settlements and payments had been completed. I called THREE different representatives to cancel the scheduled withdrawals, and each time I was assured that no further withdrawals would be made—yet they continued. When I finally asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative was extremely reluctant to transfer me and seemed to try to wait me out on the phone rather than resolve the issue. On top of that, their fees are outrageous. They charge approximately 40% of the original debt amount. By the time you factor in their fees, you're essentially paying back the majority of what you originally owed anyway, with a huge portion going directly to them. In my experience, it was absolutely NOT worth it. To make matters worse, they then tried to refer me to another debt company for a loan that would have extended my repayment by an additional FOUR YEARS while charging approximately 36% interest. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. Between the excessive fees, continued unauthorized withdrawals after my payments were completed, and the high-interest loan they attempted to steer me toward, I would NEVER use this company again and cannot recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went into the process with patience & grace. After a year, all they had settled was 1/4 accounts. After a few months of being in the program (after that 1st settlement) they told me I needed to increase my deposits into the savings account to "accommodate the debt". Instead they just drafted the extra money in the account to pay themselves. What should have been paid out to them over 36 months, was taken in 6 months!
