In December 2024, I was recommended by National Debt to go to them. So I was happy and I had hope. Until the first month of January 2025 when i realized that I was starting not to have enough money to pay my bills. February is when I was so low on money. March is when I decided to stop their services but they are very manipulative and play on your intelligence saying we are the only ones that can help you and you risk getting sued by your creditors. This kept going on until May,now at this point they I was paying $300 a month. So between January and May 2025 they had $1200 of my money in a savings account that I couldn’t touch. That should have been a red flag and should have been enough to cancel their services but I trusted them. They took fees the savings because they settled a debt for me and they took money out to pay themselves. When i canceled them, they took the remaining $682 out the savings and told me I still had to pay $92 a month for 10 months. While I reaping the benefits of a low credit score because of them. It took me a year to get my credit score the way it was before I messed with these scammers. I am still having a hard time paying my bills because the took my money. And the customer service people with this companies are a bunch of lying, manipulating, scammers who are very rude at times. I wish I had kept up a fight but I felt like I had nobody to turn too. I just want my $1200. I didn’t need them to settle none of my debts. I could have settled it myself. They took my money from a task that I could have done myself. You guys are the most disgusting people I have ever came in contact with .
