Robert Lake is truly wonderful! He checked the taxes on a property that I was interested in and informed me that due to the triennial assesment of the area the property taxes would sky rocket after purchase. I, of course, did not pursue that propety. Definitely dodged a bullet! I did end up using him when I found a different property and he made the whole process quick and painless.

I was a prospective customer; I did not retain their services, nor have I ever used their services. This review is based upon one interaction with the office as a prospective client. The conversation I had expected was sort of an interview however it delved into an argument, which I found I didn’t not want to work with this person at all. I realize that not everyone is a persons cup of tea so to speak. Rather than argue further I just said thank you and wished them well as why would I want to do business with someone that I’m having a negative interaction with and I don’t even know their name. I had to thank them two more times before they reluctantly acquiesced to end the conversation because it didn’t matter who was right anymore it was about my personal preference as a customer in how I am treated.
