Unprofessional and was falling asleep at the table defendants sit when in front of the judge(nodding in and out) as the translator, prosecutor and judge went thru all traffic violations requiring interpreter. Peter was not responsive to emails or phone calls prior. After sitting in court for most of the day and speaking to approximately 5 other clients - it became apparent that Peter’s lack of care or concern prior to court appearances and unprofessionalism was for all his court appointed clients that day. I’m confident if the judge really knew how Peter handled the clients the court appoints …perhaps Hillsborough/Montgomery/Branchburg court would have a new Public Defender. Dignity,trust and a little work prior to court hearing is greatly needed. I rather be pro se anyday versus be represented by Peter. Hopefully his private paying clients are treated better. He’s definitely pulled the wool over the courts eyes by leading them to believe he is providing adequate counsel

Mine was a very minor traffic ticket case to a lawyer, but still a big deal to me. Peter was a great help. His established relationships with the prosecutors helped in achieving a great resolution. I wouldn’t hesitate to retain him again should the need arise.

Mr. Cipparulo was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him! He helped me with a traffic matter in Hillsborough Township, his knowledge and network were huge in helping with this. He’s responsive, kind, and excellent at what he does.
