Unethical and Unreliable Be aware of Mr. Ramdass. We used him as our lawyer because my husband knew him when they were in school. He promised us a flat fee for everything. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a dishonest and unethical person. He showed up a hour and half late on the closing day without an apology and charged us $500 more without telling us.

Never submitted the survey or title to close the scheduled deal on time

Not sending closing documents NEEDED from the buyers side

My clients and lenders describe their experience as horrible and unprofessional and unreliable . Not recommended.
