SUCCESSFUL I-485
I’ve had an asylum case which was withdrawn after filing family based i-485 petition. I applied in December of 2017 and had several interviews but, never heard back from the USCIS. This March 2021 I hired Nicklaus and he filed mandamus to Uscis. I had the interview this July after one year which was my Third Interview. I didn’t hire a lawyer in the beginning which was a big mistake. Nicklaus also, came along with me for my interview and he was very helpful and asked many questions to the immigration officer. He literally was a godsend. I got may permanent resident card last week. Thank you very much Nicklaus and I highly recommend him. He was available all the time and replied all of my emails. He walked me through everything. He’s a very good and knowledgeable attorney.
