Nicholas was hired to have me appointed executious of my stepfather's estate. My stepfather paid him everything before he died. After he died, Mr. Sabatine asked if he could be the lawyer to help with settleing my stepfather's estate. I told him I was going to hire a lawyer closer to my home in Atlanta Ga. Do you know this man took me to court to take over as executor of my stepfather's estate. He knew I had moved to a new house. Gave the courts the address to my old apartment. He took me to surrogate court.If you do not show up in surrogate court, you automatically lose. By the time I found out about it, he was the executor of my stepfather's estate. This man is a crook if he represents you in any way. TripleDouble checked behind him because he will steal from you if he can!! He took advantage of me. At the most vulnerable time in my life. He made me sell a house that was left to me that I had refused to sell previously. My stepfather had no outstanding debts. To be paid, this man sold my house and stole whatever money left to me from my stepfather. Last thing at the time he took me to court, stating that I was not taking care of things in a timely manner. I had two years left to settle the estate. Granted It wouldn't have taken that long, but for the record I had plenty of time. He was just a greedy unprofessional.Vulture, who took advantage of me because he thought he could and he did!!!! Especially if you're a person of color I would never trust him. May god help you all whoever does work with him if he doesn't do anything to you are very blessed!!
