My experience with this firm was outstanding. Nancy and Paul are truly some of the best lawyers I have ever come across. My case was extremely serious, and at one point I felt like it was impossible to win. I was facing a gun charge along with a domestic violence charge as a convicted felon, and I honestly felt hopeless before they took over my case.However, their professionalism and dedication exceeded all of my expectations. I was facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison due to my criminal background, but thanks to their hard work and expertise, my outcome was reduced to just 3 years of probation,I will forever be grateful for what they did for me.

Ms. Lucianna and her team have been wonderful during every step of the way with my husband’s and my legal process. The paralegal is attentive and always willing to help. This law firm is ridiculous. I am the victim of one of their clients whom vandalized my car. I gave them an estimate to an auto body and gave their client a chance to get a cheaper quote. He found a cheaper quote and I was emailed by the law firm and instructed where to take my car for estimate and then emailed when to take my car to get fixed. I dropped my car off and now can’t retrieve my car due to non payment to mechanic. I’ve called mechanic and lawyers as to I have no contact with their client and no resolution except that I had to wait to get my car till their client can come up with the funds. The lawyer even hung of the phone as I was talking. This is so unfair and unprofessional as to I have used Ms Lucianna’s fathers firm in Hackensack in the past before and he was great. This has caused a lot of stress. This could have been handled differently by making sure it was payed first then instructing me to take my car. I’m so upset and it’s not fair to me that this law firm isn’t taking accountability for their client and how they handled the matter.
